How Buddy Back Home Became the Solution:
Amidst this shared passion for the festival, Buddy Back Home couldn’t stay behind. After all, when it comes to Bengalis and their beloved Pujo, we feel the same excitement they do! In 2023, we joined hands with Siccon (Singapore Coastal Connect), a community of over 1,000 members, to bring Durgotsav to life at the Begonia Pavilion in Pasir Ris, Singapore. From intricate artworks to daily essentials and sacred Puja Samagri, every single requirement—no matter how big or small—was carefully curated and shipped all the way from Kolkata to Singapore. With our remote logistical support, we ensured that the celebration was seamless, authentic, and filled with the spirit of Kolkata.
Through this collaboration, we didn’t just deliver goods; we became a part of their happiness, their traditions, and their celebration. It was our way of staying connected to the emotion that binds every Bengali.
